Standard Operating Procedure


 In response to the recently adopted “Standardized Operating Procedures Law” (the “SOP Law”) in support of Fair Housing laws and policies in New York, real estate brokers who service residential homebuyers are required to create and publish for their brokerage offices specific guidance so that prospective purchasers understand what will be required from them when working with that real estate broker.            

 

Please be advised that prior to showing a purchaser a property the brokerage 716 Vacation Rentals LLC:


(1) does not require identification from a prospective purchaser


(2) does not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a purchaser properties.
